Why train with us?
Train with a coach who’s been at the highest level. As an elite 100m sprinter and Olympian, with access to some of the best coaching in the country, and now passing that knowledge on to the next generation. With over six years of coaching experience on the track and in the gym, my goal is to give every athlete the chance to be coached at a truly high level. Whether you’re chasing faster times, better technique, or greater confidence, you’ll train in an environment that’s focused, positive, and driven by results.

Learn the Fundamentals
Our Junior Squad sessions are designed to develop speed, coordination and athletic skills that benefit athletes across all sports. Each 45-minute session includes structured warm-ups and running technique work that teach young athletes how to move efficiently and with control. We focus on posture, rhythm and body awareness to build strong foundations for long-term athletic development.
Speed & Athletic Development
Every session incorporates age-appropriate plyometrics, acceleration work and introductory speed endurance training. These drills are carefully structured to improve explosive power and movement efficiency in a way that is challenging yet enjoyable. Rather than simply “running laps”, athletes learn how to apply force into the ground, accelerate effectively and maintain speed with good mechanics. Skills that will transfer directly into almost every sport.
Confidence & Growth
We believe young athletes improve most when they enjoy the process. Sessions are energetic, supportive and structured to challenge athletes to reach new levels alongside teammates who share the same drive to improve. Beyond physical development, we aim to build confidence, resilience and a genuine love for training. Creating positive habits and an athletic mindset that lasts beyond junior sport.
