Why train with us?
Train with a coach who’s been at the highest level. As an elite 100m sprinter and Olympian, with access to some of the best coaching in the country, and now passing that knowledge on to the next generation. With over six years of coaching experience on the track and in the gym, my goal is to give every athlete the chance to be coached at a truly high level. Whether you’re chasing faster times, better technique, or greater confidence, you’ll train in an environment that’s focused, positive, and driven by results.

Junior Sprint Training
Our Junior Squad sessions are designed to help young athletes learn, improve, and love the sport. Each 45-minute session includes quality warm-up drills, plyometrics, acceleration work, speed endurance, and running technique development.
These sessions not only help athletes run faster but also build coordination, strength, and athletic skills they can carry into any sport.
The focus is on learning and having fun; while also being challenged to reach new levels alongside teammates who share the same drive to improve.
