A 3-day immersive performance camp built for developing athletes who want to train with intent, learn from the best, and leave with real confidence.

The experience

This camp is designed to give athletes more than training. It’s a full performance weekendβ€”coaching, mentorship, recovery, education, and communityβ€”hosted inside a world-class facility.

Expect:

  • Olympic-level insight + training session with surprise olympian from the US, including Q&A and story talk

  • Elite mindset + athlete pathway lessons, TBA (parents invited)

  • Performance nutrition education with sports dietitian, TBA (parents invited)

  • Mat Pilates for performance + recovery with Victoria and the Vicalates team

  • Recovery + race-day prep with muscular therapist Kieran (parents invited)

  • Camp community moments: movie night, dinners, BBQ, and a final breakfast send-off

  • A personalised surprise gift bag for every athlete

Accommodation & camp options

Overnight Camp (10+)

Hosted at Gold Coast Performance Centre, offering modern 3-star group-style lodge accommodation surrounded by world-class sporting facilities.

On-site features include:

  • Male & female amenities

  • Common room + kitchenette

  • Laundry access, air conditioning in every bedroom, Wi-Fi available

  • Free parking on the premises

Day Camp (all ages)

Athletes can attend the camp without staying overnight. Kids 9 & under must choose day camp (no accommodation).

Kieran’s Muscular Therapy session gives athletes practical tools for stretching, posture, soft tissue care, and race-day routines that support better mechanics and keep the body moving the way it’s meant to.

Camp isn’t all reps and drills, it’s also downtime together. Pool sessions give athletes a chance to cool off, loosen up, and have a laugh with the crew. Because the best training weeks balance hard work with recovery, connection, and a lot of fun.
