At Future Athletics we know how to make you faster, quicker, stronger and more powerful regarding your chosen sport. Our coaches have been elite athletes themselves and have more than 25 years of experience in the area of speed and agility training. Running fast and moving QUICKLY on the field is a skill which can be learnt with proper specialised training and our coaches at Future Athletics will teach you these skills. So join our training program and let us help you maximise your potential. We are active in Brisbane and Gold Coast.

What sports do we work with?

We specialise in Track & Field with a coach in all disciplines. We cover sprints, jumps, hurdles & middle distance.

No matter what sport you play, whether it be rugby, soccer (football), AFL, tennis, netball or any other sport of your participation, we will make you run faster, jump higher and move quicker. we run speed & agility sessions designed for the sport you desire.
